Emily - Dental Assistant

I relocated from New York to Cincinnati 12 years ago. I received an Associates Degree in Allied Health/Dental Assisting from Miami Jacobs Career College. The best part about working with our team is being able to constantly learn ways to help better educate and care for our patients. I take much pride in offering the best patient care possible. In my free time, I love to read and spend time with my family.

 Brittney - Dental Assistant

I graduated from Milford High School in 2009 and attended The Institute of Dental Technology shortly after, where I graduated in 2011 as a dental assistant. Because of my interest in dentistry growing up, dental assisting offered me a way to help improve other's dental health and have a meaningful and rewarding career. I really enjoy educating our patient's and assisting with  their treatment, as well as making them comfortable in our surgical suites. My son was born in March 2014 and I look forward to instilling good dental hygiene and qualities in him as he grows up.

 Jenel - Dental Assistant
I graduated from Goshen High School in 2011. Following graduation, I attended Accelerated Dental Assisting Schools of America in Cincinnati. I joined The Ohio Valley Team in January 2015 and really enjoy working with the team. I love working in the dental field and learning as much as I can to help our patients. In my spare time, I love riding horses and spending as much time with my family and friends   as I can.

 Misty - Dental Assistant
I received my dental education at Ross Medical Institute in Cincinnati Ohio 2013.  A desire to learn the latest advancements in dental care and technology attracted me to Ohio Valley Center. I wanted to be a part of a team that was committed to their patients and continuous learning. I love being involved in the experience that is making a difference in the patient’s life. The opportunity to learn and grow makes this the perfect job for me. In my spare time I love being with my family and going outdoors.

Jennifer - Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Cincinnati.I love people and love working with my hands. So I put two and two together and decided to go to dental assisting school at ADASA. Once in school my interest for dental sciences started to grow into my passion. Surgery is my favorite part of being a dental assistant. It makes my day when I can help be a part of creating a comforting and specialized experience for each patient while making sure that Dr. Parker has everything he needs to be able to do his best work.

In my free time I enjoy being outside. Walking to BeechAchers park and jumping in a game of pickup basketball and rock climbing are two of my favorite activities. It is a blessing to be able to work alongside people who work so well as team and create  a fun, caring work environment.

This has allowed me to develop strong relationships with our patients.  I greatly enjoy the diversity that my position has offered me in being apart of improving patients overall health.

About Our Office Staff
Donna - Implant Treatment Coordinator

As the practice’s Implant Treatment Coordinator, I have the pleasure of meeting with every patient who is facing the loss of a tooth. I understand that for many people, this is a deeply emotional process. As a dental assistant, I feel confident educating patients about all of their replacement options. I pride myself on taking time to explain the processes and timelines associated with implant dentistry. Dental implants are extremely versatile and can benefit nearly every patient missing one or more teeth.

Let me tell you a little bit about your first visit with us. We will discuss how extractions and implants can be done comfortably and safely for those who are apprehensive about treatment.  After a clinical evaluation by one of our board certified doctors, I review treatment recommendations and assist you with financial arrangements and scheduling.

My doctors consider me a liaison between our practice, you, and your family dentist. I am proud to say that I have been a part of this team since 2002 and consider it a privilege to work for both Dr. Silverstein and Dr. Parker. Our daily goal is to exceed your expectations while delivering exceptional care. I look forward to meeting you and helping you through your treatment.

Alexandra - Scheduling Coordinator

I joined our practice in 2010 as a front office administrative assistant, and have since moved into the position of Scheduling Coordinator. I take pride in assisting our staff with our daily schedule. I am focused on delivering exceptional customer care and patient satisfaction.

Dawn - Patient Coordinator

I have over 10 years experience in the medical field prior to making a switch to  dental. I joined the practice in November of 2013. As a Patient Coordinator, I specialize in assisting our patients and delivering remarkable patient satisfaction every day. This allows me to do what I enjoy every day -- caring for our patients. I strive to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and friendly as you enter and leave our office. My goal is to make you as comfortable as I can! Outside of the office, I love spending my time with my 3 beautiful children.

I joined our team in April 2012 as a front desk administrative assistant and now work as a Patient & Treatment Coordinator out of our Anderson office location. To be a part of a practice that provides such an extraordinary level of care and attention to our patients is very rewarding for me. I truly enjoy getting to know each and every one of our patients as we work together, step by step, through their treatment process. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband and our two young children. I also enjoy interior decorating and fun crafts and projects around the house.

Kim - Insurance Coordinator

I have 20 years of dental and insurance knowledge, some of which was achieved  while working for an orthodontic office and managing a general dentist practice in Cincinnati for 4 years. My extreme attention to detail allows me to accurately coordinate our patient's insurance plans to achieve maximum benefits and allow our patients to receive the proper treatment they need. I enjoy being able to help our patients in the financial aspect to help them achieve the best results possible. I spend most of my time outside of work with my husband, Jeff and our 5 beautiful children.

As the Marketing Coordinator, I am able to interact directly with your general dentists and as a treatment coordinator I am able to help you understand your treatment plan, along with any dental benefits and financial questions you may have. The best part about my job is working with a team that constantly works towards the same goal of amazing patient care.
